Terms & Conditions

A non–refundable deposit of £50 per vehicle is payable at the time of booking‚ when this is received a vehicle is reserved for the wedding.

The balance is payable 1 month prior to the wedding date. If the balance is not received before the wedding the car(s) will not be provided.

In the event that a car is not available due to unforeseen circumstances‚ such as mechanical failure‚ we reserve the right to provide an alternative car of equal quality.

A second run from the bride’s house to the church or church to the reception‚ may be provided within the quoted price on the basis that the time involved does not exceed ten minutes in each direction. This is however subject to agreement and may incur additional costs. Any additional runs will be subject to extra cost.

Collection of the bride and groom after the reception is not included in the quoted price for the hire of the car. The service can be provided at an additional cost to the wedding hire price‚ provided that it is booked at the same time as the initial wedding car booking and would therefore form part of the overall car hire package. This would of course be subject to negotiation and the additional cost would be advised on request.

All vehicles are supplied fully dressed with ribbons and floral displays

Eating‚ drinking and smoking are not allowed in any of the vehicle‚ and clients are asked to respect this at all times.

The clients will be held responsible for the conduct of any and all of the passengers in the vehicles at all times and Cream & Gold reserve the right to terminate any and all service due to unruly and/or abusive passengers.

Clients will be held responsible for any damage to the vehicles owned by Cream & Gold Wedding Car Hire however so caused by the clients or their guests. The value of £250 or the cost of the clean up or repair‚ whichever is greater‚ will be charged.
